Just back from a 9 day trip that included Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat Basecamp, Khow Meadows, Minapin and surrounding area, and Passu Glacier. Possibly the best holiday of my life so far!
Zahid Bukhari put together a perfect itinerary - right mix of hiking and exploring/sight-seeing, great hotel choices, wonderful food, and of course all of this in the stunning natural beauty of North Pakistan. Due to Zahid's love of off-roading we got to visit remote villages that were only accessible by jeep - that was extra-special. Zahid went above and beyond to ensure we all had the perfect trip - he is literally one of the best human beings I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
Can't recommend highly enough - I didn't want that trip to end, and I already want to book another one!
UK peeps - if you are worried about travelling to Pakistan for whatever reason - you shouldn't be. It's safe, people are so friendly, the food is awesome, and the scenery is stunning. But it is definitely easiest to do with a local guide - and one that has run many trips with westerners. Zahid's your man :-)
